Gary Zerola Rape Charges - Gary was once one of People Magazine’s most eligible bachelors. Now he can be one of the most eligible bachelors in prison. The 36-year-old Boston defense attorney was arrested on Friday for allegedly drugging and then raping a college student in the Florida area.

Sadly, the Gary Zerola rape charge doesn’t come as a huge shock, because he is already facing charges in Boston for two sexual attacks there.  Sorry Gary I know that in this country you’re innocent until proven guilty, but these charges are really starting to stack up. Here are some of the recent charges that happened before the latest alleged Gary Zerola rape:

November 2006 - Indicted on charges of rape, indecent assault and battery, and procuring alcohol for a minor. (Suffolk County, Mass.)

2006 - Attack on a 19-year-old woman.

Zerola — a former prosecutor with Suffolk County — forced her back into the apartment and ‘’slammed her head off a wall,” Lawyers Weekly reported, citing police reports.

It gets to a point where it’s hard to give the benefit of doubt doesn’t it? I don’t know what to say about this guy other than I hope that this stuff isn’t true. I feel terrible for the women and hope that if the allegations are true, Gary Zerola gets exactly what he deserves.

Kenneth John Freeman is an man from Washington and Oregon who is accused of raping his daughter and the putting the videos up on the internet. I have to just stop right there for a second because that is one of the saddest and stupidest things I’ve ever heard. Sadly, I hear an insanity plea coming here.

In Spokane on Friday, you could find Kenneth John Freeman in court in Spokane. They had to extradite Mr. Freeman from Hong Kong, since he fled there after being indicted on child pornography charges in January. Six U.S. Marshals were in the courtroom with the man as he was arraigned.

Freeman pled guilty, even though apparently the whole sleazy happening in on video. I’m sorry but I don’t feel one bit sorry for this guy and I hope that he gets exactly what he deserves.

Before losing his mind and committing this brutal and terrible crime, Kenneth John Freeman was a bodybuilder, computer guy from Washington. He fled the country early last year but was living in Seattle prior. Freeman’s daughter appeared last year on an episode of America’s Most Wanted to discuss her father and his crimes.

The Rex Ditto plea deal went down today and he’s in for a pretty rough life from here on out. For those of you that haven’t heard, Rex Ditto is the man who killed Alen Shalleck, writer of the famous children’s book series Curious George.

Details of the Rex Ditto plea deal are quite straightforward. He will remain in prison without question for the rest of his life. The judge blocked any effort Rex would have at parole, and coldly told him, “You will die in a prison cell.” As part of the plea deal, Rex agreed to testify against Vincent Puglisi, who was his accomplice in the robbery/murder.

During the robbery, jewelry was taken and money was transferred from the victim’s bank account. Many of the details of the brutal murder were kept from the public because of the plea deal, but it is known that the victim suffered more than 30 stab wounds and had at least 80 other injuries that led to his death. Without question, this murder was of the most brutal imaginable.

Whether you’re for the death penalty or not, you have to wonder whether this guy deserves to live. Man, he brutally murdered someone and obviously enjoyed doing it. I’m not sure where I stand so I’m going to open this one up for questions. Is the Rex Ditto plea deal just?
